Obituary of Susan Eileen Ward

In loving memory of Susan Eileen Ward, resident of Auburn, Washington. She was born October 22, 1934 in Monroe, Michigan. Her parents moved the family to Payette, Idaho in 1945. Susan was admitted to college at the age of 16 and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1955 with a degree in English from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho. Susan came to Seattle in 1955 to work for Boeing. She married Bill Ward in 1962 and they enjoyed their tenure at Boeing for the next years. They traveled to Wyoming and Montana working for the company. Sue and Bill settled in Prineville, Oregon after retiring. Sue was preceded in death by her husband in 1991. Wanting to be with family she returned to Auburn to live at The Rivers. She leaves three sisters; Carole Richmond and her husband, Dick and family; Judith Wilson and her husband Ron and family, and Deborah Bullard and family. The Memorial will be held at The Rivers, in Auburn Washington Feb 5, 2013 at 1:00pm. In place of flowers – please donate to the American Cancer Society.
