Obituary of Loren H Jones

Loren was born January 24, 1938 in Spokane, Wa, And passed away March 1st, 2017 at home with His wife, Jackie, by his side. He was married to Jackie for almost 30 years. Loren Graduated from Dillon, Montana in 1956. He went on To be a Journeyman Machinist, among other jobs until He decided cross country truck driving was for him. When he retired January1st, 2000 he had 5,000,000 Accident free miles. The last 5 years he drove Seattle- Spokane turnaround 5 nights per week, through Rain, wind and snow, etc. Loren is survived by his wife, Jackie Jones, daughters Karen and Kathy Jones of Spokane, a stepson, James M. Erickson, a granddaughter and 2 great- Grandchildren. Loren was preceded in death by his Mother and Step- Father, Genevieve and Don Waltenburg, a younger Sister and younger brothers, Brandi and Chuck Jones. A Celebration of Life will be held as an Open House At his home on April 8th from 1:30 to 4:00 PM. Donations Can be made to the UW or the Seattle Humane Society In his Memory.
