Obituary of Aubree Mae Danioth

Aubree Mae Danioth, 14 months old, passed away peacefully on August 19th 2020, with family by her side at Seattle Children’s hospital. Aubree was born on May 22nd 2019 to her parents Destinee Miles and Joseph Danioth, at St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma. She was a beautiful, special girl inside and out who faced a tough journey throughout her life. Hours after birth, Aubree was rushed to Seattle Children’s hospital where she would remain inpatient for 455 days. She faced many struggles mainly from lung and heart disease. Aubree lived through 8 surgical procedures, including her first open heart surgery at just 28 days old. There were many days that Aubree’s family prayed to see her survive. She was resilient and a fighter from birth. Aubree was never able to leave the hospital to go home. Her family is very thankful for the special bond that was made with nurses and doctors in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Seattle Children’s. They were able to make the hospital home for this beautiful baby girl. Aubree never failed to have a smile on her face and a twinkle in her eye. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2020 at 12pm, located at Mountain View Cemetery in Auburn. In lieu of flowers, her family asks donations to be made in Aubree’s honor to The Children’s Heart Foundation. childrensheartfoundation.org
