Obituary of Jose M Medina Jr

Jose Montemayor Medina Jr. , 82, passed away on December 17, 2021 at Auburn Regional Medical Center due to heart failure. 

He was born September , 23, 1939, in Pampanga, Philippines to Mr. Jose Medina Sr. and Mrs. Salvadora Montemayor. 

In March 13,1972, Mr. Medina married Evelyn Bue Medina in Manila, Philippines.

He worked as a Fireman at the Manila Fire Department. 

Jose was preceded in death by his daughter Jocelyn, son Palasyo and survived by his wife Evelyn, children Brenda, Joyce, Harold and John, granchildren Francez, Jessica, John Michael, Krusendo, Marianne and Gensan.

Jose loved spending time in the kitchen, a great cook, creating delicious Lutung Kapampangan for his family and friends. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Jose. 

Jose has been there for his children, no matter what bad choices they might have made… he lovingly repaired their broken spirits, helped them plot a new course, and set them free to fly on their own once again. There is no greater love than that.

He was always there for them through their ups and downs, and taught them to enjoy every moment life has to offer.

Deeply, his family know this, that love triumphs over death. He continues to be loved, and therefore remains in their hearts. 

A supportive, loving dad and sweet grandpa forever imprinted in his children and grandchildren’s hearts. 

He leaves a legacy of love forever in our hearts.
