Obituary of Paula Bea Bachtold

Paula Bea Bachtold age 67, passed away peacefully at her home in Pacific, WA. on November 26, 2021.  Paula was diagnosed with brain cancer in February, 2021 and fought hard until the Lord took her home in November.  She is survived by her sister Toni Bachtold Williamson, her brother-in-law Greg Williamson and her niece, Amy Williamson all of Albany, OR.  She will be deeply missed by her surviving cousins:  Ron & Jill Haines, Darrell Haines, Ken Haines, Carl Hallgren, Gordy Hallgren, Dennis Hultman, Allen Hultman, Kay Compton and Bill Fleenor.

Paula Bea was born on September 1, 1954 at the Swedish Hospital in Seattle, WA. to her parents, Paul and Ruth Bachtold.  She resided in the surrounding Seattle areas her entire life.

Paula graduated from Thomas Jefferson HS in 1972.  She earned an AA degree in Computer Science from Green River Community Collage. Paula worked several years for Puget Power, then moving on to Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she was about to retire.

Paula’s passions were golfing, hiking, traveling with friends and entertaining her wine tasting groups.  If you knew Paula well, you knew she had a multitude of friends that truly loved her.

She will be missed by so many.
