Obituary of Dorothy E. Galli

Dorothy E. Galli 89 of Auburn died on Sunday May 15, 2005 in Auburn, WA. She was born in Minot, North Dakota on November 10, l915 and has lived in Auburn for 65years. She was a lifelong active member of Messiah Lutheran Church, avid reader and was an accomplished cook using old world recipes. Preceded in death by her husband Arnold Galli Sr who died on February 23, 2005. Messiah Lutheran Church dedicated their fellowship hall to “Arnold and Dorothy Galli”. Arnold and Dorothy were married in l939. They owned and operated a dairy farm in North Auburn most of their married life. She was very dedicated to her family. Survivors: Son: Arnie (Sandi) Galli Jr., Auburn, WA Son: Larry (Shanna) Galli, Arlington, WA Daughter: Kathi (Jim) Hennessey, Auburn, WA Sister: Violet Simenson, Enumclaw, WA 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren Private Family Graveside Services will be held at Mt View Cemetery, Auburn, WA Memorials may be made to Messiah Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
