Obituary of Reginald Edward Elmore

REGINALD EDWARD ELMORE Reginald Edward Elmore (71) known as” Bear” to friends and family passed away on November 11, 2011 with his family and friends at his side. Reggie was born April 8, 1940 in Bellingham, WA to Edna and Lester Elmore. He had 2 sisters, Jackie (deceased), Madeline, and a brother Steve (deceased). His passion in life was commercial fishing. His boat was called the Fish Hawk and he primarily fished the Puget Sound. He spent some time in Japan and the Philippines during his time with the Navy. Reggie was heavily involved in the Moose Lodge at various locations around the Northwest. He was an avid cook and enjoyed entertaining. Reginald is survived by his ex-wife Lee Ann Caviness, a son Timothy Matthew, son Scott Douglas and a daughter Kileen Sue (Joe Swortz). He had 7 grandchildren, (Tiffany, Andrew, Cole, Drew, Chris, Elysia and Angelina) and 4 great grand children, (Taryn, TJ, James and Ethan) a sister Madeline (Ralph) Jefferson Sr., and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life is to be held on Wednesday November 16, 2011 at the Brooklake Community Center 726 S. 356th in Federal Way, WA. Doors open early, A Remembrance at 4:00 p.m. and a Pot Luck to follow at 6:00 p.m.
