Obituary of Audrey A. Rice

Audrey was born September 28, 1926 in Bessemer, Michigan to Delia and Tony Rossi. She was raised in Auburn and lived in Puyallup for over 40 years. She was preceded in death by her sister Yolanda McMinn, husband Royal Rice, and son Jim Cummings. Audrey is survived by her sons Bob Cummings (Dawn) and Ron Rice, Daughter Kim Gillihan (Kevin), sister Lillian Kitchell and brother Albert Rossi (Sharimae) of Auburn; granddaughters Rylee and Haylee Rice, Sydnee Cummings, Andrea Lipcon (Aaron), and Jennifer Aiken (Bruce); Grandsons Troy and Preston Gillihan, Matt Cummings, Jeff Bradley (Kristie), and Andrew, Tyler and Bryan Tunison; five great grandchildren Ryann, Kendall, Christy Mae, Nathan, and Jayna; and nieces Margaret Schaff, Audrey Jean Barone, Linda Rossi, Colleen Patron, Tisha Allen, and Anita Rossi. Audrey was a member of the Retail Clerks and worked at Hi Ho Shopping Center in Puyallup. For the last 22 years, she worked at the Cash Flow in Federal Way. The family extends special thanks to Kevin Fischer for all his love and support. Our hearts are filled with gratitude. Audrey will be remembered for her gracious and giving heart, her love for Italian cooking - especially her fried cauliflower, her beloved Mariners, and her love for family and best friends Rita, Leona, Marge, Lea, Bev, Alvina, and Phyllis and Don Tidd. We love you Momma, you are in the arms of angels. Viewing at Klontz Funeral Home, 410 Auburn Way N., Auburn from 3-9 pm, Thursday, Feb. 23. Private graveside service at Woodbine Cemetery in Puyallup. Memorial on Friday, Feb. 24 in Puyallup at All Saints Church, 204 6th Ave. SW at 2:30 pm. Reception to follow.
